We use Government of BC approved Lafrentz Thermoplastic. Lafrentz manufactures Thermoplastic Extruded Roadmarking Material, Physical Requirements and Roadmarkings
Water Absorption: Materis have no more than 0.5% by weight of retained water when tested by ASTM designation D-570 Water Absorption of Plastics. Imperfections: The surface of the spheres are smooth and free from film, scratches and pits. At least 80% are true spherical shape and free from milkiness, dark or air inclusions and other defects. Index of Refraction: The
liquid immersion method at 25 degrees C may be used to deterime
the refractive index of glass spheres. A refractive index of
